Job Summary
Junior Google DialogFlow Engineer to design, develop, and deploy chatbots and voice bots using Dialogflow CX and Google Cloud technologies. You will craft clean, maintainable code, develop custom components to optimize the chatbot ecosystem, and collaborate with engineers, designers, and stakeholders. Leverage NLP, ML, and LLM (playbook) capabilities to enable intelligent user interactions and integrate chatbot systems with backend services and APIs. Stay current with trends in chatbot development and troubleshoot complex issues in distributed environments. Requirements include 2+ years of hands-on experience with Google Cloud Contact Center AI Bot framework, Python backend experience, NLP/NLU/ML expertise, Dialogflow CX proficiency, SQL relational-database familiarity, and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Nice to have automated testing practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field or equivalent experience
- 2+ years hands-on experience with the Google Cloud Contact Center AI Bot framework
- Hands-on experience with Python for backend development, API integrations, and chatbot orchestration
- Proficient in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Natural Language Understanding (NLU), Machine Learning (ML), and Conversational AI
- Extensive experience with the new LLM (playbook) feature in Dialogflow CX, as well as traditional Dialogflow CX functionalities
- Solid understanding of Google as a Software-as-a-Service platform
- Proven troubleshooting and analytical skills in complex, distributed environments
- Familiarity with SQL and experience working with relational databases
- Experience integrating web services into applications
