Job Summary
Junior Google DialogFlow Engineer to design, develop, and deploy chatbots and voice bots utilizing Google Dialogflow CX and Google Cloud Platform technologies. Responsibilities include crafting clean, maintainable code; developing custom components to optimize chatbot ecosystems; collaborating with developers, designers, and stakeholders; leveraging NLP, ML, LLM playbooks, TTS, STT, and SSML to enable intelligent user interactions; integrating chatbots with backend systems, databases, and APIs; and troubleshooting in distributed cloud environments. Must contribute to scalable, high-performance conversational experiences and stay current withBot development trends. Remote (India) work arrangement available.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field or equivalent experience
- 2+ years hands-on experience with the Google Cloud Contact Center AI Bot framework
- Hands-on experience with Python for backend development, API integrations, and chatbot orchestration
- Proficient in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Natural Language Understanding (NLU), Machine Learning (ML), and Conversational AI
- Extensive experience with the new LLM (playbook) feature in Dialogflow CX, as well as traditional Dialogflow CX functionalities
- Familiarity with SQL and experience working with relational databases
- Experience integrating web services into applications
- Good understanding of Google as a Software-as-a-Service platform
