Job Summary
Junior Global Benefits & Wellbeing Analyst responsible for day-to-day benefits administration across global programmes (e.g. medical, risk, pensions, wellbeing platforms), managing and responding to queries via the Benefits inbox, maintaining employee data in benefits platforms and systems (e.g. Workday and provider portals), executing core benefits processes with attention to detail, supporting documentation and SOPs for consistency, assisting with global/local benefits projects, and collaborating across the Benefits team to ensure a consistent global approach.
Required Qualifications
- Experience providing administrative support in a business environment
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload and deliver to deadlines
- High attention to detail and accuracy in managing data and communications
- Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal English
- Ability to work independently on core tasks
- Experience with inbox management and/or customer service
- Preferable experience supporting multi-country benefits programmes
- Familiarity with Workday or similar HR systems is desirable
