Junior Garment Technologist

Conduct weekly fit sessions across men's and womenswear, independently leading your brand's sessions to ensure consistent product fit. Record all fit comments and relay them to factories to ensure amendments are accurately reflected in future samples. Analyze test reports, oversee care label approvals, and maintain grading rules for each garment type. Collaborate with the QC team on supplier audits and production checks while reporting on quality faults and factory performance. Assist in establishing new innovation technologies such as 3D fitting and testing performance fabrics.
