Job Summary
Junior Full-Stack Software Developer at Effortless Admin, developing a benefits administration platform with React and C#/.NET. You’ll design and implement responsive user interfaces, develop and maintain C# services, create and integrate RESTful APIs to connect front-end and back-end systems, implement state management, optimize performance, and build reusable components. Work with SQL Server databases, write clean, tested code, participate in code reviews and documentation, and collaborate with UX designers to deliver intuitive user experiences. The role involves mentorship from senior developers, regular code reviews, pair programming opportunities, and a path for career progression in a modern tech stack with a focus on quality software development.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of software development experience in a production environment
- Strong understanding and experience with object-oriented programming principles
- Solid experience with JavaScript and React
- Good working knowledge of C# and .NET framework
- Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs
- Proficiency with SQL and relational databases
- Experience with version control systems (Git)
- Understanding of front-end performance optimization techniques
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (preferred)
- Experience with modern React frameworks and libraries (Redux, React Query, etc.)
- Understanding of core CSS principles
- Understanding of agile development methodologies
- Experience using collaboration tools such as Asana and Jira
