Job Summary
Build and ship full-stack features under the guidance of senior engineers, fixing bugs, writing tests, and improving tooling across backend services and web front-ends. Learn how the platform turns experiment definitions into robotic execution and contribute to that process. Participate in code reviews and design discussions to grow your ownership over time. This role offers early-career access to a robotic synthesis platform that physically makes molecules, combining AI, robotics, and a large chemical database to accelerate discovery.
Required Qualifications
- 0–2 years of software experience (internships, projects, or a strong portfolio count)
- Working knowledge of at least one backend language (Python/C/C++)
- Strong fundamentals and a genuine appetite to learn quickly
- Clear communication and comfort asking questions and acting on feedback
Desired Qualifications
- A degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field — or equivalent self-taught proof
- Any exposure to robotics, hardware, lab automation, or scientific computing
