Job Summary
Inspect incoming and outgoing diamonds and gemstones to ensure they meet quality standards, then physically pack and label high-volume orders for domestic and international shipping. Coordinate shipments between suppliers and customers, assist with customer collections, and process melee order fulfillment by counting and weighing stones. Manage general administrative tasks and collect stones from local suppliers for quality control and office processing. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order distribution and manage customer requests while maintaining precision in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year hands-on gemmological experience or a diamond grading qualification
- Confident working in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive, Gmail, Slides) and Slack in a fast-moving, channel-based team
- Exceptional attention to detail
- A high level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity when handling valuable assets and customer information
- The ability to prioritise high-value shipments and tasks with precision in a fast-paced environment
- A friendly, responsible, and proactive attitude
- 100% on-site in Hatton Garden, London
- FullTime employment
- Mon - Fri, 9AM - 5PM working hours
