Job Summary
Write supporting code for database-driven web applications and collaborate with back-end developers to surface data for end users. Design, build, and maintain web sites using scripting languages and content creation tools while evaluating code for validity, structure, and browser compatibility. Identify and correct problems uncovered by testing or customer feedback, perform scheduled web site tests, and implement security measures such as firewalls and encryption. Respond to user inquiries, document test plans and technical factors, and develop prototypes that meet project goals and industry standards.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to speak English sufficiently to collaborate with a global team of developers
- At a minimum, experience developing and successfully implementing scalable, database driven web applications using React, Vue, or Angular or via a combination of web platform development software (HTML, CSS, Javascript, Bootstrap, Ruby on Rails, etc)
- Strong HTML, CSS, and Javascript fundamentals - supplemented by excellent understanding and use of established web development tools and resources
- Git/Github/Gitlab for workflow management, collaboration, and version control
- An eye for good UX/UI design
- Bachelor's in relevant discipline or sufficient, demonstrated experience in developing web-based applications
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of back-end development frameworks and Node.js
- Experience working on applications that integrated with ERP systems
- Use of Adobe Creative Suite tools or other graphics and photo software
- Experience developing CRM applications
