Job Summary
Junior Foreman supports the Foreman by leading the dock crew to safely unload and load linehaul and city equipment, driving safety and compliance, operating a forklift, and performing daily quality task audits. Responsibilities include reporting equipment issues and near misses, mentoring and training new hires, covering Foreman shifts with little notice, and planning delivery runs in the Winnipeg area. Requires leadership abilities, flexibility for late-evening to early-morning and weekend shifts, and willingness to learn to run the AM dock; offers comprehensive benefits, profit sharing, and tuition reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading a dock crew
- Forklift operation
