Job Summary
Manage raw material ingredient libraries across MarketLink sourcing countries and create formulations aligned with customer and legislative requirements. Optimize formulas for price and quality, evaluate alternative raw materials, and conduct production trials at internal and customer locations. Maintain accurate technical records, enter data into GL Apps and CRM systems, and resolve ongoing product issues through direct customer engagement. Prepare technical reports, workshops, and training sessions while adhering to strict deadlines and health and safety standards. Requires 2 years of postgraduate development experience, strong computing skills, and the ability to work autonomously within a team.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' appropriate postgraduate development experience
- Relevant industry experience
- Ability to work in a team setting
- Ability to work autonomously
- Strong computing skills especially with the Microsoft Office package
- Excellent communicator with written and spoken English
- Ability to manage own time and workload to achieve deadlines
- A degree of travel and flexibility is required
