Job Summary
Track sign-offs and approvals with brand partners, maintain catalog data, and configure products in the internal platform. Run go-lives with client partners, coordinate international testing, and confirm launch checklists before clients go live. Check and maintain catalog, terms, and platform configurations post-launch to ensure data quality for the Sales team. Handle a small volume of B2B support cases focused on product improvement and preventing future issues. Become a key user of AI-supported processes and build new workflows with the wider team. Work closely with Supplier and Sales teams, coordinate interns, and build operational tools hands-on in a central Berlin co-working space.
