Job Summary
Junior Financial Services Accountant, Private Equity based in Amsterdam. You will deliver accounting services and advice to Private Equity firms, prepare monthly payroll journals per cost centre, coordinate VAT and CIT calculations, perform bookkeeping (including accruals, investments property, leases, intangibles, service charges), prepare distributions and capital contributions, cash flow statements, monthly client reporting and balance sheet reconciliations, coordinate CIT & VAT returns, assist with statutory audits, and liaise with relationship managers. Requires experience with Dutch GAAP (and US GAAP awareness) and a completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance; 0-3 years of experience. Reporting to a Senior Manager within a team of accountants.
Required Qualifications
- Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance (e.g. Accounting, Business Economics, Business Administration)
- 0-3 years of experience (audit or accounting)
- Experienced in Dutch GAAP
- Dutch GAAP and US GAAP knowledge
- Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance
