Job Summary
Assist in sourcing meetings and price negotiations; review, compile and reconcile product costing; maintain financial matrices (raw material pricing, purchasing records, expenses, etc.); assist senior management in making accurate pricing and strategic business decisions; review invoices/expenses for accuracy and investigate discrepancies; generate reports including sales/shipping forecasts, inventory analysis, and production allocation; assist with operational oversight and issue resolution between production teams and manufacturing partners; travel and expense audit and approval; cross-functional collaboration with sales, design, planning, sourcing, production, engineering, manufacturing, and corporate accounting teams.
Required Qualifications
- 4-year college degree required (Finance, accounting, and/or supply chain management preferred)
- Entry-level to 3 years in operations, finance, and/or accounting
- Excellent verbal communication and writing skills
- Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills
- Strategic and proactive thinker
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills
- Must be a team player, but also able to operate independently
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, Vlookup, Sumif, etc.)
- Simparel and/or PLM system knowledge a plus
