Job Summary
Prepare cyclical financial reports, support budgeting and forecasting, and develop ad hoc analyses and financial models. Monitor performance against budget and prior-year results, identify variances, and provide explanations. Participate in preparing financial forecasts, annual budgets, and month-end closing data for P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports. Support reporting for external stakeholders and act as a business partner by providing financial analyses, recommendations, and KPI monitoring. Assist in preparing materials for Management and Supervisory Board meetings.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience in Financial Controlling, Financial Analysis, Business Analysis, or a similar area
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Experience with Power Query and PowerPoint
- Understanding of management accounting principles, budgeting, and cost controlling
- Basic knowledge of accounting and taxation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of statistical methods and forecasting techniques
- Very good command of English, both written and spoken
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Very good command of English (written and spoken) and fluent Polish language skills
Desired Qualifications
- VBA knowledge will be an advantage
- Experience with Business Intelligence tools and reporting solutions
- Experience preparing presentations and reports for senior management
