Job Summary
Prepare and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings while ensuring data accuracy. Create insightful financial reports, executive presentations, and performance analyses to drive leadership decision-making. Support budget planning and forecasting to establish realistic targets and identify trends. Monitor financial performance by detecting variances, risks, and opportunities to implement corrective actions. Develop targeted analyses to support strategic decisions and continuously improve controlling instruments and reporting quality. Requires a degree in economics with a finance focus, advanced Excel skills, and B2-level German and English proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen an einer Universität oder Business School
- Fundiertes Verständnis für Finanzberichterstattung und Planungsprozesse
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und ein sicheres Händchen für Problemlösungen
- Die Fähigkeit, komplexe Zusammenhänge klar und überzeugend zu kommunizieren
- Ein Auge für Details und höchste Präzision bei der Erstellung von Finanzreports
- Hohe Anpassungsfähigkeit
- Teamgeist
- eine proaktive Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Excel und der Office-Suite
- Exzellente Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Deutschkenntnisse auf mind. B2-Niveau
- sichere Englischkenntnisse (mind. B2, idealerweise C1)
Desired Qualifications
- Erfahrung mit BI-Tools oder ERP-Systemen ist ein Plus
