Junior Financial Controller - Apprenticeship

Junior Financial Controller – Apprenticeship role leading FP&A activities. Join the FP&A team based in Massy (91) and work with the Group Head of FP&A and senior analysts to produce high-quality financial analysis and reporting that supports executive decision-making. Responsibilities include producing management reports for monthly, quarterly and annual closings (historical performance and forecasts), participating in monthly closings with accruals and analytical entries, conducting ad-hoc analyses (costs, KPIs, variances), preparing presentations for quarterly and annual performance reviews for strategic committees (Board committee, Investment committee), and contributing to improving data structure and tooling. Qualifications emphasize a Master’s degree in Finance/Accounting, strong finance fundamentals, analytical and communication skills in English and French, proactive teamwork, and proficiency with Excel/PowerPoint and an interest in ERP/Hyperion.
