Job Summary
The Junior Financial Accountant supports daily financial operations for the International F&A department. Responsibilities include booking AP/AR invoices and financial statements, reviewing aging reports and cash collection, preparing payments in the bank system, assisting monthly/quarterly/year-end closing, posting basic journal entries, maintaining vendor and client reconciliations, and collaborating with AP/AR/GL to resolve day-to-day accounting queries. Acts as main contact for vendors and stakeholders; supports GL accounting processes; participates in VAT declarations, VIES, and other tax payments; and contributes to audits and internal reviews. Requirements include 0-2 years of relevant experience, a degree in Accounting/Finance, proficiency with accounting software and MS Office (SAP asset), strong analytical skills and attention to detail, solid understanding of accounting principles, and excellent English with French language skills considered desirable. Required Qualifications
- 0-2 years of experience in accounting roles
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Hands-on experience with accounting software and MS Office
- Knowledge of SAP is considered an asset

- Understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Excellent English (written and verbal)
- Good command of French desirable
- Knowledge of IAS/IFRS is a plus
