Job Summary
Junior Finance Talent Pool in Budapest seeking candidates to support Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cost Control, and Financial Operations. You’ll process, validate, and post invoices across AP/AR; manage payments, cash collection, and cash allocation; assist with cost control through invoice review and query resolution; perform reconciliations (bank, creditor, debtor, service charge); liaise with suppliers, landlords, tenants, and internal stakeholders; assist with reporting, audits, and financial documentation; develop skills across multiple finance areas in an international, collaborative environment. Requires a finance-related degree (or equivalent experience), fluent English, strong analytical and communication skills, proficiency in Excel/MS Office, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset. Hybrid working model in Budapest with opportunity to grow into various junior finance roles (AP/AR Analyst, Cost Analyst/Cost Control, Lease Finance/Financial Operations) as future opportunities arise.
Required Qualifications
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Good Excel and MS Office knowledge
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
