Job Summary
The Junior Finance Specialist will support the finance shared services team, ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial transactions. Key responsibilities include checking and reviewing billings, processing invoices and payments, handling customer and vendor queries, and ensuring compliance with internal policies. This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field, along with 1 year of relevant experience or internships. Basic knowledge of accounting principles, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and strong attention to detail are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
- 1 year experience in finance, accounting, or a shared services environment (fresh graduates with relevant internships will also be considered)
Desired Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
