Job Summary
Oversee the full accounting cycle, including journal entries, ledgers, reconciliations, and month/year-end close. Prepare accurate financial statements ensuring compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and statutory requirements for BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG. Manage payroll operations end-to-end, handle accounts payable and receivable processes, and maintain fixed asset records with depreciation calculations. Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis while driving audit readiness and cross-departmental financial support. Ensure timely tax filings and resolve discrepancies through coordinated internal controls and process improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience
- Solid knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and local statutory compliance requirements (BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
- Proficiency in accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks)
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Ability to recommend process improvements
