Job Summary
Oversee the full accounting cycle, including journal entries, ledgers, reconciliations, and month/year-end close. Prepare accurate financial statements ensuring compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and statutory requirements. Manage payroll operations end-to-end, handle A/P and A/R processes, and maintain fixed asset records with depreciation calculations. Ensure timely tax filings for BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG while supporting budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Drive audit readiness, internal controls, and cross-departmental financial support to resolve discrepancies and improve processes. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with 5+ years of progressive experience. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience
- Solid knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and local statutory compliance requirements (BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
- Proficiency in accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks)
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and recommend process improvements
