Job Summary
Junior Finance ERP Consultant to help digitize and automate finance within ERP implementations for international clients. You will own financial sub-projects (Accounting, Invoicing, Controlling modules), analyze accounting setups to design automated, compliant financial processes, and bridge Finance with engineering by translating requirements into technical specs. You’ll drive process optimization and digitalization across different businesses, co-lead finance-focused workshops, and contribute to feasibility analyses and compelling pitches.
Required Qualifications
- Higher education degree with a specialization in Business, Finance & Accounting, or Information Systems
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience as an ERP key user, Junior IT/ERP Consultant, or working in accounting/controlling
- English language proficiency at least C1
- Foundational understanding of international finance and various accounting standards (UK, US, or EU GAAP) is a plus
