Job Summary
Junior Finance Partner to integrate new subsidiaries into the Arsipa group Finance function, harmonize processes, data structures and reporting logic across entities, support group-wide standards in accounting and controlling, and contribute to Finance transformation projects. You will analyze existing Finance processes, support the rollout of Finance, Reporting and BI systems, and help build robust KPI, reporting and control structures. The role involves close collaboration with Group Accounting, Group Controlling / FP&A, the VP Finance, the CFO, and subsidiary management, as well as coordination with external advisors and auditors. The position offers a hybrid work setup with a Berlin office and a home-office day per week, and provides exposure to a Buy-&-Build platform with PE-backed growth.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 Jahre Erfahrung im Finance-Umfeld
- fundiertes Grundverständnis von Accounting- und/oder Controlling-Prozessen
- erste Erfahrung in Finance-Transformation, Consulting, CFO-Office, Corporate Finance oder FP&A
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse
- analytisches Denkvermögen
- Interesse an Prozessen, Daten und Systemen
- strukturierte, pragmatische Arbeitsweise
- Erfahrung in PE-/VC-getriebenen Unternehmen oder dynamischen Wachstumsfeldern (hilfreich)
