Job Summary
Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support strategic and operational decision-making. Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance, cost, and profitability analysis, while providing accurate reports to management highlighting key trends. Collaborate with various teams to implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasting processes, and assist in preparing regular financial statements and regulatory reporting. Monitor transactions for compliance with accounting principles and stay updated on industry trends to drive financial strategy. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting with at least three years of experience, proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel, and strong analytical skills. This role is not a Data Analyst position.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role
- Solid understanding of financial principles, financial statements, and accounting standards
- Proficient in financial modeling and using financial analysis tools
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
- Strong communication skills to present complex financial information concisely
- Proficient in using financial software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Desired Qualifications
- MBA or Master's in Finance or Accounting
- Professional certification such as CFA or CPA
