Job Summary
Junior Field Sales Executive in Munich responsible for growing Saltz.App adoption among restaurants by meeting chefs and managers, giving live demos, and guiding orders. You will manage ~10–15 meetings weekly, plan your schedule, follow up to ensure no one is left, and use CRM to track progress. Excellent German and English communication, ability to lead conversations, solve problems, and seal deals. You’ll work in the field visiting venues from casual spots to Michelin-level establishments, with training provided and uncapped earnings potential (OTE 52,000–56,000 EUR, base 40,000–44,000 EUR).
Required Qualifications
- Experience in field sales or customer-facing roles in gastronomy preferred
- Strong verbal and written German and English skills
- Ability to conduct in-person meetings with chefs and managers
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Experience using CRM tools
- Demonstration and onboarding experience for apps or software platforms
