Job Summary
Junior Field Sales Executive (m/f/d) in Düsseldorf responsible for acquiring new restaurant venues for Saltz.App, conducting in-person demos, generating 10–15 meetings weekly, building chef/manager relationships, and driving app adoption in the gastronomy sector. Requirements emphasize grit, passion for gastronomy, and strong German and English communication. Role includes field visits to kitchens/restaurants, using CRM to track progress, and aiming to meet/exceed sales targets with uncapped OTE (base €36k-€40k; OTE €48k-€52k) and incentives. Required Qualifications
- Fluent German and English preferred
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Face-to-face sales experience a plus
- Ability to manage a high-volume field schedule (10-15 meetings per week)
- Interest in gastronomy and hospitality industry
- Willingness to travel within assigned city/region
- Ability to demonstrate product to customers
- CRMicrosoft Excel/CRM familiarity a plus
