Job Summary
Conduct daily building inspections to ensure clear evacuation routes and local safety standards are met. Coordinate local service providers, accompany external technical teams, and resolve unexpected issues pragmatically. Act as the primary contact for FC and Hub leads while maintaining transparent repair status updates. Support administrative and operational tasks for new site openings or layout changes. Manage smaller local budgets up to 500 € and document all activities precisely in the CMMS system. Drive projects independently and test new ideas within an international team fostering an "Act like an Owner" mentality. Required Qualifications
- Ein abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor oder Master) im Bereich Facility Management, Gebäudetechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erste Erfahrung im FM
- ein grundlegendes technisches Verständnis der Kerngewerke (Elektro, HKLS, Sanitär)
- Fließendes Deutsch
- sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
- Führerschein der Klasse B
- Mit dem Auto regelmäßig in der Region unterwegs sein
