Job Summary
Oversee third-party vendors for Cleaning, Facilities, H&S, and Security while monitoring operational expenses and performance. Perform daily site inspections to identify technical glitches and broken furniture, then coordinate specialized vendors for annual maintenance plans covering HVAC, electrical, fire, lighting, and plumbing systems. Supervise cleaning staff adherence to routines, manage inventory of pantry and restroom supplies, and ensure waste sorting complies with environmental regulations. Troubleshoot and close member support tickets within 24 hours, validate vendor invoices against work completed, and raise purchase orders for CAPEX projects. Conduct monthly safety inspections for fire equipment and first aid kits, manage supplier access cards, and support emergency response teams. Move offices to operational readiness by overseeing painting, cleaning, and desk setups, and act as the primary point of contact for Community, Sales, Members, and vendors.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Management, Architecture
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in facility management, maintenance or other related industry
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office package
- Intermediate/advanced English level (fluent)
- On-site role
