Job Summary
Experience Engineer bridging strategy, design and engineering to rapidly prototype and deliver production-ready digital experiences for enterprise clients. Part of the Marketing, Commerce & Product team; collaborate with UX researchers, visual designers, and strategists; develop responsive interfaces and web/mobile/XR solutions using modern technologies; lead or support rapid prototyping workshops; apply best practices in software design, security, test automation and release management within an Agile DevOps setup; leverage AI-assisted coding and Agentic AI frameworks to drive innovation; user-centered mindset with strong Dutch communication skills; recent university degree in a relevant technical field; familiarity with React/Vue/Svelte, Node.js, Git, cloud hosting, and design tools.
Required Qualifications
- Recent university degree in Computer Science, Informatica, Software Engineering or Creative Technology
- Experience with building Single Page / Native Applications (React, Vue.js, Svelte)
- Experience with HTML/CSS, Node.js and Git
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted coding, Conversational AI platforms or LangChain-based Agentic AI frameworks (Flowise or n8n)
- Knowledge of Cloud hosting (Azure, AWS or Google Cloud) and design tools (Figma, Miro, Azure OpenAI, GCP Vertex AI, Midjourney)
- Experience leading or supporting rapid prototyping workshops; preference for experience with Design Systems
