Job Summary
Junior Event Coordinator to join CIP's Global Events Team in Copenhagen. Responsibilities include assisting in planning and executing internal and external events (large-scale conferences, workshops, team-building activities), coordinating logistics (venue, catering, A/V, transport, materials), vendor coordination, managing attendee registrations, preparing event collateral, on-site support, post-event debriefs and evaluation reports, and assisting with budget tracking. Role reports to Head of Events; 12-month contract with potential renewal. We seek a junior profile with solid MS Office knowledge; PowerPoint and Canva are a benefit. Must manage time efficiently, be flexible with hours, and demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative, customer-focused mindset. Budget management experience is beneficial.
