Job Summary
Execute seat validation test plans based on engineering specifications and customer requirements. Conduct testing in accordance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company procedures. Prepare test setups, instrumentation, fixtures, and data acquisition systems while maintaining equipment calibration. Support serial production on problem analysis and develop countermeasures for ongoing issues. Drive improvements in testing efficiency, data quality, and reporting processes by working closely with R&D, Japan, and customers. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering field, preferably in mechanical or industrial engineering
- Strong communication skills in English
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- You have a hands-on mentality and able to work independently
- You can adapt to the Japanese business culture
- Advance knowledge of MS office
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in product evaluation or in product design is considered as an asset
