Job Summary
Launch, manage, and continuously expand the proprietary ETF product family by driving strategic and operational projects. Serve as the key point of contact for external partners, including ETF issuers and index providers, to build strategic co-operations and navigate regulatory requirements. Coordinate go-to-market initiatives, communication strategies, and campaign materials for new ETF launches while supporting content preparation for press and social media. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new features and oversee operational workflows, data delivery, and reporting to ensure seamless product management. Act as an internal hub for ETF market developments and industry trends. Join the fast-growing Fintech startup in Munich to shape and scale the ETF platform with over one million clients.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent academic background in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field of study
- Relevant work experience from prior internships or full-time employment in financial services, fintech, or asset management
- Solid understanding of ETF/ETP product mechanics, index structures, and retail investment trends
- Ability to deliver with excellent analytical and project management skills in a fast-paced environment
- Strong presentation and communication skills with high comfort or interest in representing the company publicly
- Excellent command of German and English, both written and spoken
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency in using Excel and AI tools for data analysis; basic familiarity with SQL or Python is considered a plus
- A collaborative team player with attention to detail and organizational skills
