Job Summary
Create quotations for deficiencies and repairs identified in inspection reports by converting findings into client-ready quotations; draft the quotation/proposal cover letter; liaise with suppliers for pricing; coordinate with Field Technicians to verify scope and accuracy; follow department guidelines to meet company metrics; support internal departments and collaborate with Account Managers and Operations on urgent requests; communicate pricing, product information, and updates to colleagues; maintain clear communication to ensure efficient workflow; adhere to Occupational Health and Safety protocols; join a full-time Estimator role in Onyx-Fire BC, with a focus on creating accurate, comprehensive quotations from inspection data and maintaining customer-centric service.
Required Qualifications
- Local candidates only
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Computer literate and able to navigate various software systems
- Experience in quoting and quotation presentation
- Knowledge of fire prevention industry is an asset
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to present technical data clearly and simply
- Strong collaboration with field technicians, suppliers, and account managers
