Job Summary
Develop new products, technologies, and manufacturing processes by conducting experiments, analyzing technical data, and preparing reports to support engineering decisions. Assist in new product introduction, process qualification, and technology transfer while participating in feasibility studies and troubleshooting to enhance yield and cost efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and customers to establish process parameters and maintain technical documentation in compliance with quality and safety procedures. Apply root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives using statistical tools to ensure stable production.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Engineering, Science, or related technical disciplines

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Desired Qualifications
- Internship, research, or project experience in semiconductor, PCB, electronics manufacturing, or R&D environments
- Knowledge of engineering and statistical tools such as DOE, SPC, Minitab, JMP, FMEA, or 7 QC Tools
