Job Summary
Junior Engineer as an engineer consultant involved in transformation projects at clients. You will execute project assignments including intelligent data structuring, data analysis, benchmarks, interviews, workshop animation, process mapping, and functional specifications. Rapidly take up team support roles and contribute to knowledge creation and exchange within the business units. Must be an outstanding team player with strong communication skills, have a strong interest in data and AI-related topics, be autonomous and results-driven, and be prepared for temporary assignments abroad; multilingual capabilities (French, Dutch, English; German a plus) are advantageous. The role emphasizes collaboration in a fast-growing management consulting environment with opportunities to work across multiple industries and locations.
Required Qualifications
- University Master Civil Engineering or Business Engineering
- 0 to 3 years’ experience as a consultant
- Languages: Trilingual French, Dutch and English. If you also speak German fluently, that’s a great plus!
- Prepared to participate in temporary assignments abroad (e.g. France, The Netherlands)
- Autonomous, dynamic, result oriented, rigorous and committed
