Junior Engineer - RAMS

Job Summary
Junior Engineer to join RAMS within the Rail Systems domain. You will work with the RAMS team to develop key RAMS documents such as RAM Plan, FMECAs, and RBDs, as well as safety-related artifacts including Safety Plan, PHA, SHA, IHA, HL, Safety Case, and SIL Demonstration. The role focuses on building RAMS management capabilities, contributing to the global integration of projects and ensuring safety, reliability, and availability across lifecycle activities. You will collaborate with the SESA disciplines (Requirements, Interfaces Management, System Architecture, Human factors, etc.) and the design team to ensure traceability and consistency across projects. Experience and activities span large international projects in environments like stations, railway lines, airports, technical buildings, metros, and trams, with a strong emphasis on cross-cultural teamwork and English communication.
Required Qualifications
- BSc/MSc in Industrial Engineering or Civil Engineering or equivalent
- High level of English (spoken and written)
