Job Summary
Hands-on R&D laboratory role supporting the team in Leoben, Austria, with a focus on performing experiments and data collection for PVD and RIE processes used in PCB prototyping. You will prepare and set up lab equipment, conduct routine experiments, assist with PVD/RIE processes, collect and document experimental data, perform basic data evaluation, calibrate and maintain equipment, ensure safety and compliance, and maintain structured documentation to support high-quality research outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate’s degree in a technical field is an advantage
- Initial experience (0–2 years) in a laboratory, technical, or R&D support environment preferred
- Basic understanding of laboratory testing, measurements, and data collection methods
- Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data recording and documentation
- Ability to follow instructions precisely and work effectively under supervision
- Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
