Junior Engineer - Planning

Junior Engineer - Planning responsible for materials planning support to the Customer Focus Team (CFT), ensuring materials planning for projects, supporting weekly production plans, and enabling on-time kit delivery to meet customer schedules. Key duties include providing timely materials status via shortage reports, managing excess and obsolete inventory communications to the customer, work order management, inventory management, MRB and DR management to achieve operating goals, supporting NPI accounts with faster service, data collation and first-level analysis, monitoring inventory vs goals and shortage reports, coordinating with external suppliers to expedite materials in alignment with MRP, and assisting in generating master production schedules and clear-to-build reports. Required skills include 2+ years of experience, BOM/product structure knowledge, master scheduling, MRP, lean supply chain, Advanced Excel, and PowerPoint.
