Job Summary
Manage, secure, and monitor critical mobile network services including Voicemail and Value Added Services as the Single Point of Contact for incidents, changes, and technical queries. Analyze messaging incidents, investigate disruptions, and ensure platform availability while collaborating with stakeholders to guarantee service continuity. Contribute to ongoing projects involving 5G/IoT transitions, AI-driven monitoring, and CI/CD automation, alongside refining operational processes and leading knowledge sessions. Work within a hybrid schedule of two office days and three remote days, supported by a dedicated training budget and flexible leave policies.
Required Qualifications
- HBO- of WO-opleiding in Elektrotechniek, IT, Telecom, Informatica of vergelijkbaar
- Affiniteit met mobiele netwerken en telecomdiensten (zoals Voicemail, SMS, NL-Alert en 112-diensten)
- Kennis van platformbeheer, operating systems (OS), security en kwaliteitsborging
- Ervaring met of interesse in incidentmanagement en technische probleemoplossing
- Affiniteit met moderne technologieën zoals 5G/6G, AI, automatisering en IoT
- Vaardigheid in procesoptimalisatie en het verbeteren/inrichten van bedrijfsprocessen
- Nederlands is de voertaal
- Hybride werken (2 dagen kantoor en 3 dagen thuis)
