Job Summary
Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, heavy maintenance, and wreck repairs on 4500 HP and 6000 HP diesel electric locomotives while adhering to specified standards, work scopes, and local safety policies. Complete all appropriate documentation and maintain clean, orderly work areas within a shop environment. Troubleshoot faults in locomotive running and oversee specific job works, utilizing IT systems for monitoring and maintenance. Work in 24x7 operations across different shifts and days, with a preference for candidates having prior transportation industry experience and a diploma in engineering. Required Qualifications
- Diploma in Engineering
