Job Summary
Junior Engineer – Maintenance role at Autoliv, INCY Factory, Cheyyar. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and repairing equipment, implementing Poka Yoke, working with PLC systems (Omron, Mitsubishi, Keyence), integrating PLC with sensors/actuators/servo motors, collecting breakdown data from ERP, maintaining manuals and hydraulic/electrical circuits, updating PM/breakdown data, monitoring downtime, coordinating with materials for procurements, maintaining spare stock, using 5 Why analysis to identify permanent corrective actions, and providing online troubleshooting training. Key competencies include analytical and troubleshooting skills, leadership of cross-functional teams, planning/scheduling, ERP proficiency, English and Tamil communication, and experience in high-volume production with a lean mindset.
