Job Summary
Junior Engineer — Dubai Abu Dhabi region: Responsible for processing orders in collaboration with CRM and Process control, preparing and following up on GADs and technical files, tracking POs and material deliveries, attending SATs and quality inspections, assisting in electrical/instrumentation works, reviewing drawings and specs, supporting installation, testing, calibration, and commissioning, coordinating with site Supervisors and subcontractors, monitoring progress, reporting technical issues to senior engineers, participating in site inspections and tool-box talks, and ensuring compliance with ADNOC and client quality/HSE standards. Requires a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical/Instrumentation/ Electronics Engineering or related field, 0–3 years in Oil & Gas/Petrochemical/Industrial sectors, knowledge of electrical/instrumentation systems and industrial automation, familiarity with IEC/NEC/ISA/ADNOC standards, and strong coordination, documentation, and MS Office skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related discipline
- Fresh graduate or 1–3 years of experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Industrial sector
- Knowledge of electrical systems, instrumentation systems, and industrial automation
- Familiarity with international standards such as IEC, NEC, ISA, and ADNOC requirements
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and engineering documentation
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Excellent report preparation and documentation abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Working knowledge of project management tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
