Junior Engineer / Engineer- Installation

Conduct site supervision for elevator and escalator installations, managing safety, quality, and productivity while executing corrective actions for non-conformities. Plan and organize installation activities, logistics, and resources, verifying site execution plans and confirming S-plan milestones. Perform goods receipt for materials, manage variation sales and change orders, and ensure successful handovers to maintenance teams. Lead continuous improvement efforts using LEAN principles, coach the installation team, and maintain professional relationships with subcontractors and customers.
