Job Summary
Assistant Civil Engineer role with AECOM in China focusing on assisting experienced engineers with calculations, analysis, and design for highway, bridge, and station components. Responsibilities include creating and evaluating design responses from outline briefs, analyzing data, interacting with colleagues and clients, inspecting drawings and calculations, ensuring delivery aligns with quality standards, timelines, and budget, and producing designs, calculations, specs, and drawings to ensure correct solutions. Requires a Bachelor’s degree or higher in civil or bridge engineering, 0–3 years’ relevant experience, proficiency in Midas Civil, SAP2000, CAD, and MS Office, strong teamwork, and fluent English.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in civil engineering or bridge engineering
- 0 to 3 years of experience in civil engineering or bridge projects
- Proficient in using Midas Civil, SAP2000, CAD and Microsoft Office
- Fluent written and spoken English capabilities
- Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork
