Job Summary
Junior Engineer for an Irvine, CA office with also roles in Palo Alto. Responsibilities include conducting building envelope assessments (visual inspections and diagnostic testing), analyzing data and preparing reports on building envelope performance, assisting in the design of building enclosure systems (materials selection and detailing), conducting site visits during construction to ensure compliance with design and specifications, and providing technical support to clients and project teams. Must have a Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or building technology, and 2-5 years of relevant construction or related field experience in roofing, waterproofing, glazing installation, lab or field testing, or related building envelope systems; two years of experience in building enclosure consulting or related fields preferred.福利 include health, dental, vision, Costco Card, and Gym Membership.
