Junior Engineer – Avionics Ground and Flight Test [26082]

Job Summary
Prepare avionics ground and flight test activities on aircraft, including the development of flight test programs; execute on-aircraft ground tests and participate in real-time monitoring of test data systems during flight tests; analyze test data and document results, deviations, and findings; develop analysis routines/software or define requirements for analysis software related to test data evaluation; collaborate closely with design, development, and testing teams within Airbus Defence and Space and external stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Aerospace Engineering
- 1–2 years of relevant professional experience in engineering or testing activities
- Knowledge of fighter avionics systems
- Familiar with test support systems tracing tools and high level programming languages such as C, C++, Python and tools like MaTE, OCTANE, DOORS, JIRA
- Proficient German and fluent English language skills
- Eligible to obtain Ü2 security clearance
