Junior Energy Broker role focused on arranging transactions between Marex clients in European power and gas; build and maintain client relationships with banks, hedge funds, trading houses, and corporates; assist onboarding and ongoing relationship management; analyze market trends to develop profit-growth strategies; contribute to process improvements and collaborate with Operations and Technology to support trading functions; ensure compliance with regulatory standards and uphold company values; role involves reporting breaches to Compliance and/or supervisor and participating in risk management processes; training provided to develop energy brokerage expertise across European markets.
