Job Summary
Junior Energy Advisor to join HawaiEnergy program team; responsibilities include serving as a trusted advisor to commercial customers for energy efficiency, coordinating calls and site visits, analyzing data, promoting programs, training/ presenting to industry stakeholders, and leveraging Salesforce for project tracking. Must become subject matter expert on HawaiEnergy programs, drive participation, build relationships with customers/contractors, and support incentives documentation and inspections; occasional travel to neighbor islands and willingness to work nights/weekends at public events may be required. Ideal candidate has a Bachelors degree, strong communication skills, client-first attitude, ability to manage multiple projects, and a valid drivers license with a vehicle. Desired skills include energy industry knowledge, experience with energy modeling or certifications (CEM/LEED AP), and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
