Job Summary
Junior End User Onsite Support needed for full-time work at a designated client site in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Responsibilities include hardware and software support for desktops/laptops/workstations, mobile devices, tablets, printers, and meeting-room equipment; IMACD activities (install, move, add, change, de-install) for end-user devices and software; on-site coordination with OEM vendors for repairs; VIP support with 7x24 on-call coverage; coordinating with infrastructure teams to resolve issues affecting end users; deployment and asset-management activities for end-user devices; regular checks of IT room and meeting-room equipment; and participation in large-scale deployment projects (asset auditing, image integration, on-site installation, migration, asset recovery) with full project status reporting. Requires 2-3 years of deskside support experience, ServiceNow familiarity preferred, strong communication, and willingness to work overtime. Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of deskside support experience
- Experience with ServiceNow preferred
