Job Summary
Test and troubleshoot electronic products to component and sub-assembly levels using schematics, drawings, and standard procedures. Set up test equipment including voltmeters, oscilloscopes, and power supplies while providing technical assistance to assemblers. Recommend process improvements and communicate findings through written or oral instructions. Maintain a neat workstation and adhere to Quality Management System procedures. Requires 2+ years of experience in the electronic industry, ability to obtain a US Government security clearance, and physical stamina for standing and lifting tools. Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in the electronic/electrical industry
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to obtain a US Government security clearance
- US citizen
- Must be able to read and interpret schematics and/or diagrams
- Safety driven individual
- Experience with Analog and Digital power circuits
- Self starter
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong computer skills
- Some travel required
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to bend and kneel
- Ability to carry approximately 35lbs of tools
Desired Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor's degree desirable
- Power conversion/power supply experience desirable
